In addition to servicing clients from across the world, we were founded with a strong focus on Australia and New Zealand. With staff in the US and both of these locations, our international clients have a contact available “around the clock” meaning at any time they can brainstorm inspiring, innovative itineraries or discuss key operational elements.
Insider Experience was founded in 2012 by Karine Bulger. Karine has over 20 years experience in the travel, destination management, event and incentive industry. Prior to Insider Experience Karine held senior positions in both the USA and Australia.
Karine leads the Insider Experience team and draws from her hands-on experience, knowledge of the US market and proven success in running award-winning events and incentives. Her meticulous attention to detail and “above and beyond” client servicing ethos is a strong theme of Insider Experience and flows down to how all staff interact with Insider Experience clients.
Our operations are run throughout our seven USA cities including Hawaii, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Las Vegas, Chicago, New York and Boston. In addition we have staff in both Australia and New Zealand to work directly with our clients that are located in these countries to minimise any time-zone challenges.

San Francisco is widely known for the Golden Gate Bridge, access to our food and bustling city life, however, one of my favourite things to do is provide guests an experience in one of our neighbouring regions. Taking guests to Napa or Sonoma on a day winery tour and ending with a late lunch between the vines is such a great experience, for one group we had guests sitting at long tables with butchers paper as table cloths and bibs for everyone, guests were asked to stand and chefs poured on to the table their feast including freshly cooked Maine lobsters, the guests loved interacting and their faces were elated with joy.— Deb, San Francisco
One of my favourite activities is to take a group out for a day rowing regatta experience on the Charles river. The morning begins with military rowers sharing some of their personal stories with the group before breaking off to coach each team in the races. The guests then get to experience rowing first-hand and once they had burned off some adrenaline we have a sumptuous lunch waiting to where the guests can recant their experiences. — Erin, Boston
