Our operations are run throughout our seven USA cities including Hawaii, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Las Vegas, Chicago, New York and Boston. In addition to our USA team we have staff in both Australia and New Zealand to work directly with our clients that are located in these countries to minimise any time-zone challenges.
Karine Bulger, Founder
Insider Experience was founded in 2012 by Karine Bulger. Karine has over 20 years experience in the travel, destination management, event and incentive industry. Prior to Insider Experience Karine held senior positions in both the USA and Australia.
Karine leads the Insider Experience team and draws from her hands-on experience, knowledge of the US market and proven success in running award-winning events and incentives. Her meticulous attention to detail and “above and beyond” client servicing ethos is a strong theme of Insider Experience and flows down to how all staff interact with Insider Experience clients.
Kim Abrahamson, Hawaii
Kim has operated and executed events for Fortune 1000 corporate incentive travel programs, meetings, and events in the Hawaiian Islands and the continental United States. Kim’s experience comes from senior roles in events, luxury travel and accommodation. Kim is passionate about providing world-class service and value to our clients and having resided in Hawaii for over 30 years she is our expert of Hawaii and knows all the hidden island locations that really appeal to incentive groups.
Chloe Zent, Los Angeles
Chloe has over 10 years experience organising events throughout the United States having worked in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, New York and Hawaii. Prior to joining Insider Experience Chloe worked for a well-known LA-based PR firm, cementing Chloe's relationships across the tourism, entertainment and hospitality industry. Chloe’s work experience includes work on many high profile events including The Oscars, Emmy's, New York Fashion Week and the Sundance Film Festival, Chloe has worked at some of the most prestigious events and in the most spectacular venues.
Deb Marchetti, San Francisco
Deb has over 10 years experience specialising in corporate and incentive programs throughout San Francisco, she also brings extensive experience in the hospitality industry. She has produced events ranging from intimate winery dinners to large customer appreciation events in a variety of venues in San Francisco and Wine Country. Precise planning skills and creative solutions are her hallmark and have helped her create many memorable experiences for guests.
Erin Shanley, Chicago
Erin has lived in Chicago since graduating from Purdue University in 2005 and is an expert of Chicago’s most amazing experiences. Her event management experience comes from 12 years of corporate event marketing and events, executing a variety of community and philanthropy projects, in addition to fashion shows, culinary demos, product launches and book signings for the likes of Beyonce, Martha Stewart, legendary Chicago Blues musician Buddy Guy, and world-renowned Chicago native Chef’s Stephanie Izard and Rick Bayless. Her passion for creativity and attention to detail are the cornerstones of what make Erin such a fabulous member of our team and leader of our Chicago operations.
Di Rohan, New York
A savvy corporate events planner, Manhattan concierge and project manager, Diane's experience spans large scale and high-profile events, including NBC, Universal and Disney. Since beginning her career as an event-planner in 1993, Diane has established a reputation for unique, flawless and well-organized events within budget. Di has been working with Insider Experience since 2012 and has been instumental in the success of our New York operations and the myriad of incentive programs and corporate events we have hosted in the city.
Erin Crea, Boston
Born and raised in Boston, Erin received a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from University of Massachusetts Amherst - Isenberg School of Management. Her love for travel took her to Sydney, Australia where she spent 9 years cultivating her knowledge in special events and tours planning; along with her project management expertise. Upon returning to her hometown of Boston in 2013, Erin brought her international experience to the city she loves as a skilled operations professional. Erin’s knowledge of Boston, strong supplier relationships and her superb client mangement skills ensures our Boston programs are nothing short of flawless.
